Join us for a creative afternoon inspired by one of PRWC’s most beloved resident owls, Luna!
Author and illustrator Amanda Frazier will be visiting Peace River Wildlife Center for a special reading and signing of her book, The Adventures of Luna, followed by a fun, step-by-step drawing activity where guests can learn how to draw Luna themselves.
This event is perfect for young wildlife lovers, budding artists, families, and anyone who enjoys storytelling, creativity, and owls. Whether your child loves to draw or just wants to try something new, this is a great opportunity to meet the illustrator behind the book and spend time surrounded by wildlife and imagination.
Event includes:
• Live reading of The Adventures of Luna
• Book signing with Amanda Frazier
• Guided “Learn to Draw Luna” activity
• Meet resident wildlife ambassadors
• Family-friendly fun at PRWC
Guests are welcome to bring their own copy of the book or purchase one onsite while supplies last.
This is a free event, though donations to support wildlife care and education are always appreciated.
