
Parks & Recreation is excited to announce a Kids Fitness & Conditioning class!
Kids will build confidence through fun skills and drills designed to keep them moving. Sessions include obstacle courses, cone drills, bodyweight strength, and movement challenges that keep kids engaged and active.
Ages: 7-13
What to Bring: Water bottle, athletic wear & tennis shoes
Instructor: Foresight Fitness Instructors
*All attendees must also be part of the Babcock Parks and Rec program. The affordable yearly membership will also give you access to a wide variety of future classes and events*
