
This 45 minute class is a playful and loving time for moms and their children to do yoga together. This class is suitable for moms of all levels and children from infants to 3 years. Connect with your child through touch, eye contact, and breath, and support your postpartum recovery with gentle stretches and joyful movements. Please bring a mat.
Older siblings are welcome to come! They can roll out a mat and join along or just relax quietly with some headphones.
