Healthy Kids Day is the YMCA’s signature national event, dedicated to encouraging kids and families to stay active, make healthy choices, and keep learning all year long. This free, fun-filled day features interactive activities, fitness challenges, educational booths, and games that inspire children to lead healthier, happier lives.

Families will enjoy:
Sports & Fitness Activities – Obstacle courses, sports challenges, and fun movement-based games.
Health & Wellness Stations – Hands-on learning about nutrition, hydration, and overall well-being.
STEM & Learning Activities – Educational booths promoting creativity, problem-solving, and reading.
Community Resources – Meet local organizations supporting youth development and family wellness.
