Safe, fenced-in environment for kids to trick or treat and for adults to have a little fun.
For anyone interested in participating and decorating your cars to hand out candy we will give away a $500 tattoo gift card to the best car.
Costume Contest registration voting will be done online and pictures of individual or group costumes will be taken…..prize to be announced!
