Join us at Chefs In Progress for a delightful cooking class where young chefs (ages 6-15) will learn to make delicious California rolls and comforting miso soup!
Participants will discover the basics of Japanese cuisine, master sushi rolling techniques, and enjoy hands-on activities in a fun and engaging environment.
Skills taught:
-Making Perfect Sushi Rice: Learn the art of preparing sushi rice with the right texture and flavor.
-Rolling California Rolls: Master the techniques to create perfectly rolled California rolls.
-Preparing Traditional Miso Soup: Discover the secrets to making a classic miso soup.
