Little Bear Sanctuary

Little Bear Sanctuary is a Registered 501(c)(3) Non-Profit farm animal sanctuary located in Punta Gorda, Florida
We are home to eighty-one rescued farm animals including pigs, sheep, goats, cows, and a rooster!
Our mission is to provide a permanent home for local farm animals that have been abandoned or can no longer be cared for by the owner in order to allow them to live out the remainder of their lives in a cruelty-free environment.
We have also rescue severe abuse cases (usually from hoarding) out of state.
Our sanctuary is named in loving memory of our mom Ursula (little bear in Latin). Her dream was to have land with a barn where she would rescue animals any animal in need.
